SHIPPING POLICY
We use external shipping companies, however we want to ensure that everyone is happy. Any damages that were made by the shipping companies, are liable to them and not us and so customers should get into contact with them.
If packages are lost, the shipping company is also liable for this, however, we will send a free replacement and get money back from the shipping company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanged should be made within 14 working days of purchase
